Since I found the the Emerald cars is misleading and charge fees for each transaction I wanted to have all money taken off. I went to my bank who explains that the card was declined. The teller called and someone explained to her that there is a hidden fee. I called twice but spoke to someone twice whose 1st language is not English and I could not understand what she was saying. When I ask to speak to someon else BOTH times she refuse to let me. There is nothing on the internet on how to remove the money 1
